Transportation Information
Parking
Hotel parking rates are available on the conference website and range from $25 - $37 per car per night. Please be sure to check the rates for your respective hotels on the site.
Daytime parking:

Preconference Parking on UTs Campus: Attendees that are planning to drive to campus will park at the Vol Hall Garage, 1545 White Ave., Knoxville, TN 37916. Hourly parking is available on levels P1 and P2.

Convention Center Parking: Attendees that are planning to drive to the Convention Center on conference days can park at the Locust Street Garage, 540 Locust Street, Knoxville, TN. Hourly parking is available at $1 per car per hour, with a max of $7. You will pay when you exit the garage.
For those that are planning to walk, the host hotels are all within .5 miles of the Convention Center, approximately a 10-minute walk. Shuttle service is NOT provided from hotels to the Convention Center.
Shuttle Service
Shuttle service will only be provided for the Welcome Reception at Neyland Stadium on Tuesday, October 6. Shuttle service will begin at 5:15 p.m. and run continuously through the duration of the reception. The shuttle will pick up attendees at the Convention Center and drop them off at Neyland Stadium. Please enter Neyland Stadium at Gate 19. Note: the shuttle will only make stops at the Convention Center and Neyland Stadium.
