Registration Fees
Full conference: Includes program materials, two breakfasts, two lunches, receptions, and all refreshment breaks. Preconference workshops may be added at an additional cost.
One day of full conference: Limited package includes program materials, one breakfast, one lunch, receptions, and refreshment breaks for either Wednesday or Thursday of the conference. Preconference workshops may be added at an additional cost.
Preconference only: You will only be attending the preconference workshop you have selected. Meals vary depending on workshop.

Member institutions are eligible for additional discounts when registering multiple attendees for the conference.
- Receive a 5% discount when registering 5–9 attendees
- Receive a 10% discount when registering 10 or more attendees

Policies
Registration: Registration closes completely September 30, 2026.
Walk-ins: All participants must be registered and paid by September 30. Walk-ins and on-site payments will not be accepted.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: You may cancel your registration and get a full refund without penalty if you let us know about your change in plans no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1. If you cancel by September 19, half of the registration will be refunded. If you cancel any time after September 19, you will not receive a refund. All refund requests must be made in writing to info@engagementscholarship.org. ESC regrets that refunds will not be provided to people who register but do not attend the conference (no-shows).
Substitutions: Substitution of registrations will be permitted at no charge until September 19, by notifying info@engagementscholarship.org.
