Registration Fees
Full conference: Includes program materials, two breakfasts, two lunches, receptions, and all refreshment breaks. Preconference workshops may be added at an additional cost.
One day of full conference: Limited package includes program materials, one breakfast, one lunch, receptions, and refreshment breaks for either Wednesday or Thursday of the conference. Preconference workshops may be added at an additional cost.
Preconference only: You will only be attending the preconference workshop you have selected. Meals vary depending on workshop.

Special Offer for Member Institutions
Member institutions can receive an additional 10% discount when they prepay for 5 or more conference registrations! If you're interested in this option, please email info@engagementscholarship.org and let us know how many registrations you would like to purchase in advance. You will be invoiced directly by ESC and will receive special coupon codes to use during the registration process.
Please note:
- Once payment is received, the number of discounted registrations cannot be adjusted.
- Additional sets of 5 or more registrations can be purchased separately at the discounted rate.
- The discount does not apply to preconference workshops.
- No refunds will be issued for unused coupon codes.
Policies
Registration: Registration closes completely September 30, 2025.
Walk-ins: All participants must be registered and paid by September 30, 2025. Walk-ins and on-site payments will not be accepted.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: You may cancel your registration and get a full refund without penalty if you let us know about your change in plans no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2025. If you cancel by September 19, 2025, half of the registration will be refunded. If you cancel any time after September 19, 2025, you will not receive a refund. All refund requests must be made in writing to info@engagementscholarship.org. ESC regrets that refunds will not be provided to people who register but do not attend the conference (no-shows).
Substitutions: Substitution of registrations will be permitted at no charge until September 19, 2025, by notifying info@engagementscholarship.org
