Kimberly Henghold is the director of community relations with the Office of External Affairs at Kennesaw State University. In this role, she provides leadership and support to the Economic Development and Community Engagement office and is responsible for the community engagement initiatives designed to strengthen the university-community relationships through research, education, and public service. In addition to overseeing the office, she helps to coordinate programs and events, special initiatives, and projects for the Office. Henghold served on the writing team for the Carnegie Elective Classification for Community Engagement and was selected for the President's Task Force on Community Engagement. She was previously provided oversight and management of the volunteerism and service-learning support area of the Division of Student Affairs.
