Please complete a registration form to secure your spot at the 2016 Engagement Scholarship Consortium Conference. The conference registration covers all instruction; program materials; refreshment breaks; two lunches; and three receptions during the conference. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging. Attendees also have the option of registering for many of the preconference workshops via the registration form.
Registrants may qualify for the ESC member rate if their institution is listed here.

Beginning on September 30, 2016, registrations will be considered "walk-ins" and will be assessed an additional $30 fee.
Registration substitutions will be allowed at no charge until September 30, 2016. Substitutions can be done by logging in to your registration account or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
A $50 cancellation fee will apply to registrations cancelled prior to September 23, 2016, and the remainder of the registration charges will be refunded. After September 23, 2016, no refunds will be given. Cancellations can be done by logging in to your registration account or emailing email@example.com.
